The enrollment process

Complete the enrollment enquiry form below or download the full application pack. We accept applications up to two years ahead of the intended start date.
Campus tour & interview
Families are invited to tour the campus and meet with the relevant Head of Year. Prospective students join a short, informal interview.
Assessment
Year 7 applicants sit a short literacy and numeracy assessment. Entry to other year levels is assessed against current school reports.
Offer & enrollment
Successful applicants receive a formal offer within two weeks of assessment. A signed enrollment contract and deposit secures the place.
Tuition
Annual fees by year level
Fees include tuition, core textbooks, and access to the school's co-curricular program. Boarding is costed separately.

Enrollment questions, answered
We recommend applying 12–18 months before your intended start date, particularly for Year 7 entry and boarding places, which are the most competitive.
Yes. We accept applications for all year levels from 7 to 11, subject to space and an assessment of current academic reports.
Wesley offers a small number of academic, music, and need-based bursaries each year. These are assessed separately from general enrollment — ask our team for the relevant application.
The enrollment deposit secures your child's place and is credited against first-term tuition. It is refundable up to four weeks before the start of term.
